These Terms of Service govern your use of terofashion.com and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Tero Fashion. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Tero Fashion. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your country or region.
  • You will not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Made-to-order products

All Tero Fashion products are manufactured after you place your order. We do not hold finished stock. This means:

  • Cancellation windows are short and strictly applied (see our Refund & Return Policy).
  • Personalized items cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable except where we are at fault.

4. Personalized products and digital proofs

Where your order includes personalization (a photo, a name, or custom text):

  1. We will email you a digital proof within 1–2 business days of your order.
  2. You have 48 hours to approve the proof or request changes. Changes are free at this stage.
  3. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the proof is deemed approved and we will proceed to production. It is your responsibility to monitor the email address supplied at checkout, including its spam folder.
  4. Approval is final and binding. Once a proof is approved (expressly or by the 48-hour lapse), the design is locked, production begins, and the order cannot be cancelled, altered or refunded on design grounds.

We will reproduce the approved proof as faithfully as our equipment allows. Colour may vary by up to 20% between your screen, the digital proof and the finished garment, due to monitor calibration and fabric dye lots. This is inherent to printed apparel and does not constitute a defect.

5. Content you upload — your warranties

When you upload an image, submit text, or otherwise provide content to be printed ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:

  • You own all rights to the Customer Content, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licences to use and reproduce it;
  • The Customer Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, privacy right, or other right of any third party;
  • If the Customer Content depicts an identifiable person, you have that person's consent (or, for a minor, the consent of their parent or legal guardian);
  • The Customer Content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Tero Fashion a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, adapt, crop, resize and print it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tero Fashion harmless from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or legal fee arising out of Customer Content you submit — including any claim that it infringes the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

6. Our right to refuse an order

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel and fully refund any order, at our sole discretion and without liability, including where the Customer Content:

  • appears to infringe a third party's copyright or trademark (for example, brand logos, sports team marks, film or cartoon characters, or another artist's work);
  • depicts an identifiable public figure without evidence of consent;
  • contains hateful, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful material;
  • is of a technical quality we consider unusable.

We do not pre-screen all Customer Content and are not obliged to. Refusing one order does not oblige us to refuse another.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content sold on our store infringes your intellectual property, email support@terofashion.com with:

  • Identification of the work you claim is infringed
  • The URL of the infringing product
  • Your contact details
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

We remove infringing listings promptly on valid notice.

8. Our intellectual property

All original designs, artwork, images, logos, text and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Tero Fashion and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

9. Product information and pricing

We strive to display product colours, designs and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your device will render them exactly. Product descriptions and prices may change without notice. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

10. Orders and payment

  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.
  • Tero Fashion may cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, with a full refund.

11. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Tero Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

12. Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tero Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Third-party services

Our website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

15. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on posting. Please review this page periodically. The Terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.
