Every Tero Fashion item is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse.
If your order includes a photo, name or custom text, we email you a digital proof within 1–2 business days showing exactly how it will print.
You have 72 business hours to approve it or request changes. Changes are free. Production only starts after you approve. We send two reminders before the deadline.
If we don't hear back within 72 business hours, we treat the proof as approved and begin production — so please check your email, including spam.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Vietnamese public holidays. Our facility closes for approximately one week during Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) — we announce the exact dates in advance.

Add up to 7 extra days during peak season (November–December). Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take 7–12 additional business days.
United States: as of August 2025 the U.S. de minimis exemption no longer applies. All parcels entering the United States are subject to formal customs clearance, and any applicable duties or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless collected at checkout.
Europe: where we are required to collect VAT at checkout, it will be shown before you pay.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating. If it hasn't moved after 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll correct it. Once an order has shipped to an address you provided, we cannot recover it and a replacement will be at your cost.
